Andy, <Fox JITO-2-PC5BM-225.06> That's one of Fox's "Just In Time" series of custom frequency modules. You supply the frequency, they make it. The single-lot prices are high, but the modules are quite affordable in quantities of 25 or more. Mouser would have been the likely dealer.
