Is VTX3 (India) still running on 18.2-used to be a solid signal here in ZL but not listened down there in a while.
ZL3FJ (no 'LF' or 'VLF' ears at present)

counting pixels ... well I guess the other station is on 18.6 kHz not 18.5. Can you see something there? There are several US transmitters listed as
"inactive" on this QRG.
