Type in W1BB into Google and you will find enough reading in 'History of 160m' by W1BB, to last you all evening. He had to contend with Loran like we have to on 136kHz so the above is a myth.


Thanks Peter, I'm already ploughing my way through that with some
difficulty, what a remarkable man Stew was and although he mentioned
Loran in his articles he didn't let it put him off.
