How should I go about finding a suitable pole at a reasonable price,
and getting it delivered?

My solution to antenna mast material problems is to get to know your local
scrap metal dealer. Some dealers chop up tubing as they receive it - others
stack it against a wall in where they might get a better price for it in
long lengths. My local dealer actually weighs it and sells it at scrap
prices. I sell my unused stuff back to him!
It is also a useful source of copper wire and some of the material found
there can be a source of inspiration.

Unfortunately, this useful facility is being affected by the Health and
Safety lot.
