I expect modern tyres have so many ingredients like carbon, steel wire and other polly compounds that they make poor insulators. If the trailer was parked on a sheet of suitable insulation material it would be alright but it has to be rigid and not move about in windy condx. I have a few ideas but keeping the installation rigid would be the problem even with insulated guy ropes.  It could be back to just using the tower as a support for wire structures. Where would I get proper insulated blocks made to replace the wheels, someone might know of a source.
