I used in the past the TS-850 which is an excellent receivers in the LF
range.
What I am using now is the JRC NRD-525, a very good receiver indeed on anyband. It is factory fitted with a TCXO with a measured better than 1ppm stability (mine at least), and keeps its sensitivity down to 30 kHz. No preamp needed. 73 Alberto I2PHD |
