Hmm..... What is he using for a power source?

Taking S9 as 50uV in 50 ohm I get -103dBW.

Assuming he's talking of 200dB higher, that is 97dBW.

Assuming he's talking of 300dB higher, that is 197dBW.

ISTR from school physics that the total output of the Sun is about 266dBW.
