Hello All,

I believe I saw a QRSS signal on 71.805! It started at
20.45 UTC tonight, Monday, and lasted for about three
minutes. It was not strong enough to be readable but
quite close!

Who was it? I have a screen dump from Spectrogram.
I'll mail it to anyone who is interested.
