Here I see no font at all as I read _all_ emails as plain text (i.e. no html). So if you turn off html (rtf or what ever) in your email client the problem goes away - along with adverts/pictures/etc.

Ah! Now there is a question - to which I don't know the answer. Too many variables I think. When I did put a gash RF-current meter in line with my antenna it mucked up the tuning, quite a lot :-( So

Stephan, Here on a Centos box (yes I know ...) it all works as expected (after I got the dependencies resolved) vtubx -F 10 -S /dev/ttyACM0 gives a nice fast flash rate of the LED vtubx -F 1 -S /dev/
