Hello Steve, all,
maybe we should separate "local" and DX QSO's, eg. local above 1000Hz and DX
below 1000Hz audio (474.2kHz dial, USB).
In combination with an agreement on Europe transmitting the even minutes and
North America the odd minutes this should minimze the chances on QRM.

GA Rolf ... I saw via PSK reporter that you were hearing me on JT9
throughout the early evening. I kept checking the ON4KST chat page or the
#kHz page to try and co-ordinate with you but never did see you there. I
called you blindly several times but I purposely moved down the band below
1000 to hopefully be able to see your response better. All of your replies
were around +1300 which is heavily crowded here with WSPR and other digital
stuff so little possibility to see you that high in the band. Perhaps you
are not permitted to transmit lower?
If you will be on tonight, we might try again and if able to respond on my
CQ frequency we should have a better chance I think.
