I also get spots from them but signal reports are not consistent with how far I am away from them. I believe the station is using remote receivers around the world.

First spot was two days ago in daylight, and thought it was a fake
He has been reporting Japanese, EU and US stations in LF during last week
I could Google some info about a J1LPB beacon in 22m band. And the info is signed as
