Hi Chris, for WSPR-15, I've been using WSPR-X v0.8 r3058 - maybe not the latest and greatest but does the job well under Win-XP. I've just gone and installed on a Win-10 (Home 64 bit) machine, and bingo it ran straight away and seems quite happy - see attached result. It is convenient that the BFO frequency can be changed to accomodate unusual RX or TX frequencies (albeit I vaguely recall that entering other than 1500 Hz somehow prevented uploads to WSPRnet).
