No, only one audioinjector (stereo or octo) can be used at
a time with the Pi.

Yes, when the Pi has an audioinjector (stereo or octo) fitted,
you can still use USB sound dongles.

Unfortunately USB sound dongles never quite work properly with
the Pi.   They tend to drop USB packets which causes timing breaks.

You may be able to get a single stereo USB dongle to run at
96k/second, but then you might as well run an audioinjector.
