I think the reason is that currently only the far east station is operating. See for example the WWLN spectrogram from Yakutsk, showing only one dash on each frequency:

Hi VLF

Looks like at least the 11.904KHz Alpha is still leaving very weak traces in the grabbers
Just like still operating but with much less ERP ?
