Hi Paul, excellent, thanks for running and continuously improving that service! It's fascinating how the cardioid can switch between America and Europe. Yes indeed, one hour offset. Rechecking transmit times by the noise on the LF grabber, I confirm that the carrier was on from 13:43 to 15:01 UT.
