NEVER connect a domestic PME 'earth' to ANYTHING 'earthed' outdoors. In reality it is a 'neutral' that's part of the 3 phase current carrying

circuits.

It's extremely risky, highly illegal, and puts you and your equipment at risk. In the event of any accident or fire, your life and insurance 

will automatically be void.

If you have a PME system, your ground is probably quite good.  

Don't under estimate the value of using your mains earth if you have to.

In the last 2 weeks I have received 31 unique WSPR spots from as far away as Norway. Measured ERP is around 10mW.  The antenna and ground?
