Joe, VLF, Hi VLF,it looks like VO1NA might have made it into Germany. The DL0AO earth-antenna in Amberg shows small peaks both in 31.4 and 9.3 uHz (attached. Note that the 30 hours of the narrower FFT have only been partially filled last night). It was a nice day for aerial work and so hopefully the ERP has improved a bit on 8.2700075 kHz.
