Strange, normally when the attachment size becomes higher than about 350 kB, the complete mail is rejected, not only the attachment. So maybe the reason is somewhere else.

Yes, Markus. In David's PA the modulator (two XOR ports, SCH2) it's inserted between D Flip Flop and MOS drive. The phase changes are audible on output transformer during TX (like tic-tic-tic...), but it works very well.

We haven't tested NEO-6 modules, but i think NEO-M8N/Q is the better choice (in particular for the TCXO on board and improved GPS RX sensitivity).
