Hi Stefan,

...maybe not exactly what you'd call a "well looking spectrogram", but the message is mostly visible in Nuernberg. Note that some desense from local LF transmissions occurred during parts of the "K" and "7".

The DL0AO receiver in Amberg also picked up some parts of the signal on the still improvised long-wire antenna, somewhat better after removing one particular local noise source on Monday morning.

Note that at our distances (~ 180 and 230 km), the signal was significantly stronger during the night, presumably due to less unfavourable groundwave vs skywave phasing.  Thus for receivers sites like ours which are dominated by local QRM, night time seems to be the best choice. On the other hand, the situation may be reversed at quiet sites which can make full use of lower daytime noise levels.

Best 73, and thanks for the signal,

Markus  (DF6NM)

Hi Eddie, Paul, Jacek, VLF,

Thanks for watching. I already saw the poor propagation during the first
element and later the spectrogram slip. So it looks like Paul and Jacek
could be the only watching stations who can produce a well looking
spectrogram in the end...
Meanwhile the 7 is completed :-)
73, Stefan
