Good decode of your 20170222 transmission in Warsaw (the decoded message
sent off-list so i don't spoil anyone's fun).

Eb/N0 is 8.2 (compared to 5.5 for the 2-character message with similar
transmission length some time ago), i hope this due to the antenna work
i've done.

11h 12min is about the night time between Heidelberg and Moscow now. The delay
and the later end of
the transmission may already fall into the daytime in Moscow, which may cost
the dcode? It's always
critical, hence exciting :-)
