Looking at the online stream from Cumiana, a peak shows
at 2970.0000 in 2.7uHz but is only 3.2 sigma.

Not significant: if I do a wide spectrum there are plenty
of peaks of similar or greater height. But it counts as
'interesting' because it's on the right frequency.

Unfortunately the stream from Cumiana has a lot of timing
breaks. I pad over the forward time steps but there are
several negative time steps which are difficult to know
how to handle. Five of these breaks step back 0.256 of a
second.

Still not a trace of signal at Todmorden.
