Hi VLF,

It is amazing how low the QRN is! The first season from my tree on VLF. The background in the 3.8 mHz window is black! :-)

Uwe, what is the problem with higher losses? What is the limiting factor in your system? I assume the voltage? Then you can just run some more power and you are there again :-) It would be interesting to see a trace from you again. Also we could try some EbNAut tests again. Now my VLF N-S loop is connected, pointing into your direction. Please try again :-)

Paul, Markus,
it was me on 8270Hz with a short test. I found the surrounding loss too high. so I hve to wait some weeks until the trees etc are "sapless".

Paul, thanks for the nice report! Of course I knew already, keenly watching your spectrogram!

On 8970.00 I'm now also getting a weak trace in 63 uHz. But with my current setup I cannot completely rule out 1pps leakage from the GPS wiring. Nothing on Stefan's N-S-loop though. Wonder who it might be...

Where have all the grabbers gone?

Best 73,
Markus (DF6NM)

Your usual good signal here. Also today, looks like someone
on 8270.000 this morning for a few hours.
