Hello all, a complete off topic question about operating CW in France: Today I was asked by a ON ham under what conditions he can operate HF in France (under CEPT T/R 61-01). On the web I do find contradicory information, some say you need a CW certificate to operate on HF in any mode, others say you only need a CW certificate to make CW QSO's on HF. Can someone bring some light in the darkness? 73, Rik ON7YD - OR7T (at the moment in DL - Thuringen) |
