If you want to upload all the  FCC US authorizations to special calls, you can find that on the FCC site.
Last info : here I heard on CW 8 differents US stations from 2008 to 2015. Not noticed difference winter / summer or sun activity cycle in signal strengh, of course it needs that the band is open (When in night the F1 + F2 layer stay over 500 km of height).

Yes Stefan, I think also that good TA openings on MF is not rare.

 

On the way, some W stations has very high power licence on MF. They are at times QRV CW around 508 kHz, and of course easy to copy in west EU.

 

One exemple : using the link below, you can see the FCC licence number 0208-EX-RR-2012 of WE2WGR stations, it is still OK up to September 01 . 2017. One KW ERP on MF is sure a good power. HI !
