no luck yet. At zero offset, I got a valid ** decode from Roland's carrier showing Eb/N0 = 8.6 and 7.2 dB (carr/sym). Then I manipulated a couple of bins in the FFT data to notch 8270.0 and reattempted to decode at +5 mHz. This indeed removed the red carrier peak and visibly changed the symbol phases in the rawsyms plot. But it still resulted only in a "+ " message (probably incorrect), with 0.7 and 0.0 dB Eb/N0 at rank 424.

OK, now i'm trying my first (actually 2nd, a local test has been done before) EbNaut transmission for DX. the carrier is on the air on 8270.00500 Hz from JN49IK
