I got that one.
Eb/N0 = -0.8 dB with a phase pattern 0 0 0 0
-0.7 dB with 30 30 30 30
+0.5 dB with 30 0 30 0
So I re-ran with a 15 degree search and got
Eb/N0 = +0.8 dB with 15 15 15 15 which is a bit
unexpected. A 15 degree phase error isn't supposed
to make over a dB difference!
Still working on the 08:30:02, the noise was high at
that time,
