is a pity
that

to find
a
consensus where
QRSS
(3...10) activity
is centered
. Many
chances
are
missed
in that
situation
.
We don't
need
an
"authority
"
who
defines
a band plan. But
we would
need
a
discussion
and a consensus then
.
Years
ago
i
have centered
my
QRSS
grabber
on
476.180 kHz. It
does not
mean
that
i
want to define
the center
of activity
but
i
wanted
to run
one
of the first
an
regular
(!) QRSS
MF
grabbers
and had to make
a
decision
. IQ2MI
is almost
daily
active
there
since
years
. Also
it
is
possible
to watch
/monitor that
range when
using
a USB
(SSB
) RX
on
474.2
kHz dial
, so
one
can
use
it
for
JT9
/ WSPR
/ QRSS
.
