Same behavior here on Win 7 pro 64 and Win XP with Firefox 44.0.
No problems with Explorer 8 on XP or Explorer 10 on Win 7.

I click the band box right hand down arrow and the menu expands from
showing only MF to show all the other bands too. As soon as I move the
mouse to select a different one, the menu shuts down. Repeatable and a
reload and re boot does not change the behaviour. If you feel this
would be of use to the developers please pass it along with thanks for
their efforts.
