Hello MF, EbNauters, all

from Northen Italy, Riccardo IW4DXW is not testing coherent BPSK with EbNaut.
He's using his homemade SDR transmitter GPS disciplinated. Power out is about 20 W.
Initial test seems very good. See attached printouts.

Since 22.40 UT he is again QRV every 10 minutes with following parameters

QRG = 478459.99 Hz
 T=0.2s, L=21 Char. code=8k19A

I'm trying to decode him.
Riccardo is not yet registered on this mail-list but soon he will informs us about his project.
