Looks hard to believe but from my WSPR decodes I changed the power value to
0.05w
in the WSPR frame when Txing 20dBm. And the first frame transmitted
was

Then from 19:14 to 19:22 the Opera8 frame at 20dBm took place. That matchs
with my own decode

So R6LDD decoded Deep Search 2 minutes earlier than expected or may be he
has not a synchronized PC clock
May be even he could not get the full frame. No fade info in the spot. But

I have just connected the U3 directly to antenna. Have not measured power
yet but may be under 500mW
I'm not using the 3xBS170 but a mosfet driver instead, ICL7667 if I can
recall correctly
Spots in WSPR dropped to just the EA monitors

with 75 % of the signal recovered , your
nearly +30 over the limit .. can you drop the power down
by 20 dB ? say 50 mW ??

I will take the opportunity to install the 100W PA in the terrace, as
originally planned
