My earlier decodes of VO1NA, time Eb/N0 Phase 21:00 9.6 30 30 30 30 21:30 13.3 0 0 0 0 (offset 1.8 seconds) 22:00 12.0 0 0 30 30 22:30 10.8 150 150 180 180 And taking further advantage of the time offsets worked out by Markus, I can add 23:00 6.8 150 150 180 180 23:30 3.7 180 180 150 150 00:00 5.7 -150 -150 180 180 00:30 11.1 180 180 -150 -150 01:00 16.9 0 0 0 0 01:30 13.3 -150 -150 -150 -150 02:00 no decode Best signal after midnight, which was the case the other day with the carrier from VO1NA. Peaks about an hour later than the peak at DF6NM. Looks like there's a window from 00:00 of a couple of hours for a QRP transmission with long symbols, say 8 or 10 seconds and a stronger code, 8K21A. Should be able to drop the power 20dB for a reasonable challenge. -- Paul Nicholson -- |
