I just realised from your log Markus, you ran the decoder
on half a message.

I guess the interleaving is doing its job then.

I'm not sure the symbol error counter is reporting
correctly when half the message is padded with zeros.
It'a probably a bogus Eb/N0, I'll have to look at that.

I expect later decodes will be trivial.   Joe you'll
have to reduce power 10dB.
