While the EbNaut Rx prog is running, do the output values give any indication that there are 

symbols present, but may be mistimed ?

Or do we have to keep playing with the offset and rerunning, using guesswork and inspirration  until something is indicated?

some coherent bpsk test  transmissions with EbNaut are now scheduled  

from here (JN80NU) on QRG = 136170.00 Hz  every hour starting at 13:00. 

 

Message is composed of 16 characters with 1s/symbol. Duration of the  

transmission is 17'20''. Scheme-code is 8K19A.
