Thread-topic: LF: Windows compaible QRSS TX software?

Not sure that QRS will work with all USB to serial adapters, but I have tried several without problems.

Currently I am using the popular CHIPI-X10. Available from Digikey, Mouser, Farnell etc.. at abt. 15 Euro but I bought mine at a flea market for 5 Euro.

I am interested to know what adapters don't work with QRS.

Yes dear Chris,

As Ulrich just said, here also I use the ON7YD QRS same version and it is working well on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. No problem.

Hi Chris,

Didn't try yet myself, but this one looks fairly straightforward to me:

Nice signal on WSPR mode your getting out of your setup as I receive it here in Amsterdam.

Ease of use a priority over "features", what should I be trying in
order to TX a QRSS signal on my Windows 7 based PC please?

Thanks.
