Sorry Stefan,

I was very active on LF in the years 1999 / 2003 ( over 600 CW QSO and > 50 calls), but now I am only RX mode on 137 band, as most of the stations (as EI0CF and some others) which was active on in the past, over 12 years ago !

Andy.

Hi Andy,

I cannot hear him here at -17 dB SNR in WSPR-2.
You can hear him. So, will you try a CW QSO with him? :-)

If he improves his station, more stations could hear him. And maybe he will get reports from the far east...

Hello Chris.

Please : Do not change anything on your transmitting LF system. It is very very nice performing ! Have a look at your report here :

Stefan said that “We could easily have a QRSS-3 QSO with good SNR”. Sure, but also on normal CW mode up to 1000 km. Here you signal is 589 at 600 km, and + 42 dB over noise just measured on my SPM3 Pegglemesser !!!

I use a FT1000 MP receiver and an Inv L antenna base loaded in my garden located in center of a noisy large city.

the past few years (except G3KEV :-) ).
We could easily have a QRSS-3 QSO with good SNR.
