I agree with Alan. You might also try some of the more specific groups such as the Eddystone users etc. as members are often  collectors of other manufacturers parts also. I am sorry that I do not recognise that particular assembly but it looks like the sort of part that may have been made in sufficient numbers not to be too obscure.

I'm looking for this knob, was produced by the British Burndept around the years 20-30.
It was called "Burndept Ethovernier".
The outer ring has a diameter of about 3 inches
I need for realize a replica of the "Ondina 33" the emergency transmitter on the
airship "Italia" fell on the pack during the return from the north pole in 1928.
