Paul and Markus, with the aid Markus gave me I got it working at last: the software defined BPSK coded message transmission on 8270Hz. I would like to give it a try Paul, if you are ready receiving that signal. Markus made the hint that the PLL transient oscillation is abt two up to three seconds.
