inadvertently didn't mention -- your reports and observations
are most gratifying, even if you didn't hear the bad-tempered TX!

As dusk approaches the TX is on again with 100 watts to the monopole.

For OP8, it was 40-60 watts.    At the time the TX was still throwing
hissing fits. When the divider/driver was moved closer to the
hexfet gate yesterday, the hissing abated enough to try more power.
