If you want a frequency check, the OPDS systems of GW0EZY and SV8RV 
are within 1Hz. See below:

As Graham says, stability and frequency accuracy is unimportant for 
Op, but if you want to take advantage of the extra few dB SNR of OPDS 
receivers you will need to have high stability.
