Oop's should of known better :( , the decode time shows as when the
sequence 'stopped' , if there is 'no' signal for the last 15 mins ,
the time will still be the sequence halt time , not the transmission
stop time .... but ....
So Stefan could send 5 mins +/- Op32 , change to MF have a CW qso ,
for 5 mins +/- , then send 5 mins op32 from the same sequence .. ,
then back to MF .. . and so on , would only show -3dB lower on
136 :))

DK7FC in Opera-32 mode, aka Manchester code (10 or 01). That sequence
should have ended about 21:29 UT but was apparently aborted somewhat
earlier.
