Markus just informed me I have wrong "center Dial " listed and he is correct.  The correct dial for my 29.499 operating freq is 27.924 or call it 27.925 as center of OPERA OP2H passband. 
 
Center audio freq in passband is 1575 hz.  29.499 -1575 = 27.924 [27.925] as Dial freq.
Sorry for all the confusion but these late nights has taken it's toll on this OM!   Bob
