The 'neo' format has been rolled out gradually and some of us have 
had it for a while. I found it difficut to adjust to, but all of the 
facilities are still there if you look. One problem I did find was 
that the newest version of Internet Explorer supported by Win XP was 
IE8 and that did not work well with 'neo'. Running Google Chrome on 
XP worked much better.
