Here, the carrier on 478.404 kHz is now so strong that i can see
'modulation sidebands' (which may also be the effect of a 'pumping' AGC) up to
20 Hz above and below it... so just outside the decoder's audio frequency range
when the RX is at 477.3 kHz in USB.
