The WSPR 'randomizer' does not disturb the sequence when set at 50% on WSPR15 ... I've been running it that way the past x nights.
 
Thought this EU/Americas thing was solved years ago.
 
Hartmut ... now I realize why you didn't receive my WSPR15 last night ;~)

perfect timing:
 
00 - 15 minutes: Europeans transmit
15 - 30 minutes: Americans transmit
30 - 45 minutes: Europeans transmit
45 - 00 minutes: Americans transmit
 
But you will have to circumvent the transmit slot randomizer built into WSPR.
