All good information. In France we are just waiting for the
Fleur Pellerin Ministry accord, and after the publication in the “Journal
officiel”. It is not possible to know exactly how long time is remaining to the
end of the processus.
Note : The only French station who has a
special authorisation for transmitting on MF band with 1 W ERP for september
2013 is Maurice F6CIU. He is not very active. He just said to me that he has a
new plan for transmitting to night a CW beacon on 474.200 (pure
CW signal, not modulated).

have just consulted the REF website and it appears that the licensing authority
(ARCEP) approved the necessary amendments to the French licence on 17 December.
The matter now has to go before the relevant Minister, after which a notice will
be published in the
Journal Officiel stating when the amendments will
take effect and whether people have to ask for a variation to their licence.

as last evening days, 9H1DP is now calling CQ on 472.2. His signal is always
very weak here but just OK for QSO. I think he is still waiting for his first
MF QSO on CW...
Here in France, we are still waiting for MF
transmitting licence !
