Hi Joe,
this is really amazing. The weather conditions here were very bad. Stormy
wind from the South and heavy rain. I had to shorten a part of the loading
coil to get the antenna to resonate. But I wanted not screw in the dark and
have simply bridged with alligator clips. Therefore I have reduced the power
to 300 watts. The antenna current varied between 1.5 - 2A, ERP approximately
400mW.
The new year begins in any case good. Thank you for your report.

Hi Joe,
It was Graham who suggested taking a watch on op32. DCF39 was very strong
on the FT817 using the 100m without a preamp so this is the first LF TA for
me with the 817 'barefoot'. The wire was tuned with 1.9 mH.
Your sigs were first received at 0134 at -31dB and again at 0453 and 0633 at
-36 dB.
If you need more info, don't hesitate to ask.
