Thread-topic: LF: QRSS-3 on 630m
Hello Stefan;

the path to VO is different from the W1/2 path.
In the winters of 2010 and 2011 I (and many other EU's) could often copy VX9MRC
in plain CW and almost every night (when Joe was transmitting) in QRSS3.
I worked VX9MRC on 501kHz in QRSS3 with just 25W output (estimated 200mW ERP).

Hi Joe and Colin,

Thanks for the reports. I'm continuing with the QRSS-3 beacon, this
night. Maybe some others want to join?
Joe, what frequency do you suggest for QRSS-3 QSOs this weekend? Is the
range shown on my grabber fine for you?
Maybe we can make it in CW and i will give it a try. However there may
be several more stations who cannot and would like to try in QRSS. No
idea, there is a weak response to the announcement i find.
There seems to be a big difference between your location and WD2XSH/17.
About 1500km shorter distance and the conds must have been quite fine
last night.
