G;
I left out the slant bar for just that reason but still have to show the correct XRS station.  I assume I just leave it alone? Bob

Ok Bob

Yes  I worked  out  what  was  going  on with the  distances  and  s/n  , it seems  the  map  is  using  another  wg2xrs  qth  , the  s/n  levels   will  be  correct  , but the  distance  is  wrong , what  you sending  is  'wg2xrs'

I don't  think  Opera   can  send  the  /4  at the  end , but the  web  beacon  will  send  anything that's  entered , if another  station  sends  , then the  call  would  need  to  be  different as  the  system  will  not  decode  two  of the same , at the  same  time , one will be  discarded

only the  qso  version  can send  'anything' , with  15 chr  plain  text  in 120  seconds  , but  its  limited  to  -20 dB s/n

So far  so  good , good  turn out

73-G,

G;
I set the call sign as WG2XRS4  does it need the slant bar before the 4? Bob

Substantial  signals  on the  first  pass  !

NB: There seems  to  be  something  'odd'  with the  psk-map  , unless  you  set 'wg2xrs'   then the  distance  is  not  being  picked up , the  spots  are  in the  data  base , and  show  with  selected  search

-Jay  , - 9 dB ? , what is the  RX pass  band  ?
