BTW, Stefan,
under difficult conds with low signal strength (which is the case on 630 m) 
hard keying greatly enhances readability of your CW !

And if you like QRQ, hard keyed CW is really essential for good copy!
You can check that easily on Hf, QRQ op's use hard keying...
