have a look at the URE website: http://www.ure.es/noticias/2167-autorizada-tambien-la-banda-de-472-479-khz.html

The band is authorized since 10 May 2013 with 1 W EIRP.

I have just read in the ARRL bulletin that Spain now has 472kHz since May 10th.
Did I miss that news or is this the first we've heard about it?
Any EAs on?
